These prices quoted are for 2 people, 1 Bed. Each additional person is $10 per day, per person. See below for more policy information. Reservations: 541-563-3377. Please call us between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (PST) for room information and reservations. Our Yachats lodging rates range between $60.00 and $200 per night, depending on the unit. Please, no one night reservations! Summertime and holidays, 3 night minimum. Wintertime, 2 night minimum. 1 night stays for drive-bys depending on availability. Prices are subject to change. In the summertime there is an additional charge to use the fireplace. This is only in the summer. We do not allow pets on the premises, even in parked cars. No exceptions. Thank you.

1-6 persons $125 Unit #8 and 9: Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living room fireplace, 1200 square feet, two-story oceanfront cottage. No pets, no smoking, 5 night minimum during the summer and holidays. Sleeps 1-8 people. Off season rate (September 30 through June 1st, excluding holidays) $160 plus tax for 1-4 people, and $200 plus tax for 5-8 people; June 2nd through September 29 rate is $200 plus tax. CANCELLATIONS: On cancellations during spring break, all major holidays and summertime, there will be no refunds made unless the unit is re-rented for the same number of nights cancelled. If you should have to cancel, please do so at early as possible so we can do our best to re-rent the cancelled nights. DAMAGES: You are financially responsible for all damages during your stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. Room rates are subject to change. |
