Prices are subject to change. In the summertime there is an additional charge to use the fireplace. This is only in the summer. We do not allow pets on the premises, even in parked cars. 1-4 persons $95 Unit #9: Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living room fireplace, 1200 square feet, two-story oceanfront cottage. No pets, no smoking, 5 night minimum during the summer and holidays. Sleeps 1-8 people. Off season rate (September 30 through June 1st, excluding holidays) $160 plus tax for 1-4 people, and $200 plus tax for 5-8 people; June 2nd through September 29 rate is $200 plus tax. Extra People (more than what the unit accommodates) is $25.00 per day, per person including visitors. CANCELLATIONS: We charge a cancellation fee for ALL cancelled reservations. For a refund of your deposit (minus cancellation fee of $25.00 per unit), we MUST be notified at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation before the 30 day limit, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a cancellation fee (of up to one night's rent), ONLY if we are able to re-rent your unit for all the days of your reservation. DAMAGES: You are financially responsible for all damages during your stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. Room rates are subject to change. |
